The Eighth is Headed for Destruction… Soon…

Why is it we don’t hear anyone crying out about this entity called “the eighth” that scripture tells us is headed for perdition?

Why are preacher’s so silent regarding it?

How is it they miss it when the angel clearly tells John that Revelation chapters 13-18 is all about the rise of “the eighth” and final empire in the last days that will go into destruction?

Revelation 17:9 – And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. 10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. 11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

So why don’t preachers talk about this? Why aren’t they searching this out and teaching their people these things? Especially if the angel clearly connects the willful ignorance and consequent confusion of those who fail to understand these things with those who names are not written in the Lamb’s book of life?

Revelation 13:8 – And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

Revelation 17:8 – The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Have you ever considered these things?

Do you know where you stand before the Lord when it comes to all this?

Does it matter to you if you understand these things or not in light of the two verses above?

Because the angel makes it very clear that the seven heads on the beast are there as prophetic imagery to stir up your mind and heart so that you would seek divine wisdom. For these clues are given so that the diligent seeker might have a starting point from which to search out understanding of the significance of the rise and fall of these empires; some of which are recorded in scripture both historically and prophetically specifically for our benefit today; all them having a direct correlation to the nation of Israel.

Are you one of those who is diligently seeking?

Hebrews 11:6 – But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

I am desperately trying to stir up as many people as I can, because the seduction of false religion has crept into the church and is everywhere today. Sadly, it is lulling so-called “believers” into a deep sleep of procrastination causing them to believe it’s really no big deal and doesn’t matter one way or the other whether they understand these things or not.

II Peter 2:1 – But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

Jude 1:4 – For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Yet that is precisely how this Jezebellian spirit seduced the other empires represented by the seven heads of the beast, through their false religious systems that were full of empty promises and lies. All of which was the angel reveals was stemming from this Mother of Harlots that has “sat” upon all them throughout the ages. This can be clearly witnessed in scripture.

To start, let’s look at the first head, Egypt. God once brought Egypt and its ruler to a healthy fear and godly reverence for Him through His broken servant Joseph –

Genesis 41:38 – And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is? 39 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art: 40 Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou.

Genesis 45:7 – And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. 8 So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt.

Genesis 45:16 – And the fame thereof was heard in Pharaoh’s house, saying, Joseph’s brethren are come: and it pleased Pharaoh well, and his servants. 17 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Say unto thy brethren, This do ye; lade your beasts, and go, get you unto the land of Canaan; 18 And take your father and your households, and come unto me: and I will give you the good of the land of Egypt, and ye shall eat the fat of the land. 19 Now thou art commanded, this do ye; take you wagons out of the land of Egypt for your little ones, and for your wives, and bring your father, and come. 20 Also regard not your stuff; for the good of all the land of Egypt is yours. 21 And the children of Israel did so: and Joseph gave them wagons, according to the commandment of Pharaoh, and gave them provision for the way.

But eventually, with time and the hardening off men’s hearts, Egypt lost all its fear and reverence for the God Joseph served and forgot all He had done in Egypt. With the passing of time Egypt was once again fully seduced by this Mother of Harlots and they returned to their worshipping idols and demons; at which they also began to bitterly persecute the people of God.

Exodus 1:8 – Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph. 9 And he said unto his people, Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we: 10 Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land.

Next there is Assyria, the second head of the seven-headed beast. Scripture records a time when their king as well acknowledged the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob shortly after Assyria was used to punish the northern tribes for their idolatry. However, that was short-lived as the Harlot quickly seduced these people again –

II Kings 17:23 – Until the LORD removed Israel out of his sight, as he had said by all his servants the prophets. So was Israel carried away out of their own land to Assyria unto this day. 24 And the king of Assyria brought men from Babylon, and from Cuthah, and from Ava, and from Hamath, and from Sepharvaim, and placed them in the cities of Samaria instead of the children of Israel: and they possessed Samaria, and dwelt in the cities thereof. 25 And so it was at the beginning of their dwelling there, that they feared not the LORD: therefore the LORD sent lions among them, which slew some of them. 26 Wherefore they spake to the king of Assyria, saying, The nations which thou hast removed, and placed in the cities of Samaria, know not the manner of the God of the land: therefore he hath sent lions among them, and, behold, they slay them, because they know not the manner of the God of the land. 27 Then the king of Assyria commanded, saying, Carry thither one of the priests whom ye brought from thence; and let them go and dwell there, and let him teach them the manner of the God of the land. 28 Then one of the priests whom they had carried away from Samaria came and dwelt in Bethel, and taught them how they should fear the LORD.

Yes, once again this Mystery religion and Mother of Harlots had successfully deceived the people and caused them to accept serving the Lord as merely one choice of religion of many, and that Jehovah was just another god of many gods. And so the people did not fear the Lord with all their hearts, but only in like measure to the fear wherewith they feared their silly man-made idols.

II Kings 29 – Howbeit every nation made gods of their own, and put them in the houses of the high places which the Samaritans had made, every nation in their cities wherein they dwelt. 30 And the men of Babylon made [an idol of] Succothbenoth, and the men of Cuth made [an idol of] Nergal, and the men of Hamath made [an idol of] Ashima, 31 And the Avites made [idols of] Nibhaz and Tartak, and the Sepharvites burnt their children in fire to [idols of] Adrammelech and Anammelech, the gods of Sepharvaim. 32 So they feared the LORD, and made unto themselves of the lowest of them priests of the high places, which sacrificed for them in the houses of the high places. 33 They feared the LORD, and served their own gods, after the manner of the nations whom they carried away from thence. 34 Unto this day they do after the former manners: they fear not the LORD, neither do they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law and commandment which the LORD commanded [and committed to] the children of Jacob, whom He named Israel.

We also can see what happened to Babylon, the third head of this seven-headed beast. Scripture clearly records Nebuchadnezzar publicly acknowledging Daniel’s God as the true and living God, But scripture also records just a few years later Babylon’s seduction and fall under Belshazzar, Nebuchadnezzar’s grandson.

Daniel 4:1 – Nebuchadnezzar the king, unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you. 2 I thought it good to shew the signs and wonders that the high God hath wrought toward me. 3 How great are His signs! and how mighty are His wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and His dominion is from generation to generation.

So only a couple of generations later comes the inevitable moral fall of Babylon resulting in the kingdom being brought to ruin… again through the seduction of this Mother of Harlots and all her idolatry.

Daniel 5:1 – Belshazzar the king made a great feast to a thousand of his lords, and drank wine before the thousand. 2 Belshazzar, whiles he tasted the wine, commanded to bring the golden and silver vessels which his father Nebuchadnezzar had taken out of the temple which was in Jerusalem; that the king, and his princes, his wives, and his concubines, might drink therein. 3 Then they brought the golden vessels that were taken out of the temple of the house of God which was at Jerusalem; and the king, and his princes, his wives, and his concubines, drank in them. 4 They drank wine, and praised the gods of gold, and of silver, of brass, of iron, of wood, and of stone.

Regarding the fourth head of the beast, the Mede/Persia Empire, it is evident in the books of Daniel, Esther, Nehemiah and Ezra how their kings once acknowledge the true God; but then they too soon ultimately fell once again to the harlot’s seduction and consequently were allowed by God Himself to be defeated by Alexander the Great of Greece.

Hence the fifth head being the rise of the Greek Empire. Since Alexander the Great’s entrance into the Holy Land occurred after the completion of the Old Testament books, there is no biblical account regarding an any open acknowledgement of the God of the Jews. Nevertheless, the Jewish historian Josephus records an event worthy of consideration.

The Antiquities of the Jews – Book XI, chapter VIII, paragraph 5:

“And when he (the High Priest) understood that he (Alexander the Great) was not far from the city, he went out in procession with the priests and the multitude of citizens. The procession was venerable, and the manner of it different from that of other nations… and when the Phoenicians and the Chaldeans that followed him (Alexander the Great), thought that they should have liberty to plunder the city, and torment the high priest to death, which the king’s displeasure fairly promised them, the very reverse of it happened; for Alexander, when he saw the multitude at a distance, in white garments, while the priests stood clothed in fine linen, and the high priest in purple and scarlet clothing, with his miter on his head, having the golden plate whereon the name of God was engraved, he (Alexander the Great) approached by himself, and adored that name (the name of God), and first saluted the high priest. The Jews also did altogether, with one voice, salute Alexander, and encompass him about; where upon the kings of Syria and the rest were surprised at what Alexander had done, and supposed him [to be] disordered in his mind (They thought Alexander was crazy for bowing before the High Priest). However, Parmenio alone went up to him and asked him how it came to pass that, when all others adored him, he should adore the high priest of the Jews? To whom he replied, “I did not adore him, but that G-d who hath honored him with his high-priesthood; for I saw this very person in a dream, in this very habit (high priestly garment), when I was at Dios in Macedonia, who, when I was considering with myself, how I might obtain the dominion of Asia, exhorted me to make no delay, but boldly to pass over the sea thither, for that he (God) would conduct my army, and would give me the dominion over the Persians; whence it is, that having seen no other in that habit (high priestly garment), and now seeing this person in it, and remembering that vision, and the exhortation which I had in my dream, I believe that I bring this army under the divine conduct, and shall therewith conquer Darius, and destroy the power of the Persians, and that all things will succeed according to what is in my own mind.”

The sixth, Rome was the one that the angel said “one [head] is” at the time of John’s vision. It is evident the influence of the Mother of Harlots on it as an empire, even though they too apparently revered the God of the Jews; as recorded below concerning Titus at the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple.

The Antiquities of the Jews – Book VI, chapter I, paragraph 5:

And now Titus, upon consideration that the alacrity of soldiers in war is chiefly excited by hopes and by good words, and that exhortations and promises do frequently make men to forget the hazards they run, nay, sometimes to despise death itself, got together the most courageous part of his army, and tried what he could do with his men by these methods. “O fellow soldiers,” said he, “to make an exhortation to men to do what hath no peril in it, is on that very account inglorious to such to whom that exhortation is made; and indeed so it is in him that makes the exhortation, an argument of his own cowardice also. I therefore think that such exhortations ought then only to be made use of when affairs are in a dangerous condition, and yet are worthy of being attempted by everyone themselves; accordingly, I am fully of the same opinion with you, that it is a difficult task to go up this wall; but that it is proper for those that desire reputation for their valor to struggle with difficulties in such cases will then appear, when I have particularly shown that it is a brave thing to die with glory, and that the courage here necessary shall not go unrewarded in those that first begin the attempt. And let my first argument to move you to it be taken from what probably some would think reasonable to dissuade you, I mean the constancy and patience of these Jews, even under their ill successes; for it is unbecoming you, who are Romans and my soldiers, who have in peace been taught how to make wars, and who have also been used to conquer in those wars, to be inferior to Jews, either in action of the hand, or in courage of the soul, and this especially when you are at the conclusion of your victory, and are assisted by God himself; for as to our misfortunes, they have been owing to the madness of the Jews, while their sufferings have been owing to your valor, and to the assistance God hath afforded you; for as to the seditions they have been in, and the famine they are under, and the siege they now endure, and the fall of their walls without our engines, what can they all be but demonstrations of God’s anger against them, and of his assistance afforded us? It will not therefore be proper for you, either to show yourselves inferior to those to whom you are really superior, or to betray that Divine assistance which is afforded you…”

The Antiquities of the Jews – Book VI, chapter II, paragraph 4:

Now Titus was deeply affected with this state of things, and reproached John and his party, and said to them, “Have not you, vile wretches that you are, by our permission, put up this partition-wall before your sanctuary? Have not you been allowed to put up the pillars thereto belonging, at due distances, and on it to engrave in Greek, and in your own letters, this prohibition, that no foreigner should go beyond that wall. Have not we given you leave to kill such as go beyond it, though he were a Roman? And what do you do now, you pernicious villains? Why do you trample upon dead bodies in this temple? and why do you pollute this holy house with the blood of both foreigners and Jews themselves? I appeal to the gods of my own country, and to every god that ever had any regard to this place; (for I do not suppose it to be now regarded by any of them;) I also appeal to my own army, and to those Jews that are now with me, and even to yourselves, that I do not force you to defile this your sanctuary; and if you will but change the place whereon you will fight, no Roman shall either come near your sanctuary, or offer any affront to it; nay, I will endeavor to preserve you your holy house, whether you will or not.”

Revelation 17:9 – And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. 10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

The fact that Israel was born again on land that was conquered and under the control of England brings that empire into prophetic play and consideration as the prime candidate for the seventh or “the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.” For it is and indisputable fact that England was in sovereign control of the land at the time of Israel’s rebirth. For that reason, I am persuaded that both England and its king, George VI, qualify as the fulfilment of the seventh mountain and king; of which the prophecy accurately predicted “when he cometh, he must continue a short space.” For in order to rightly divide these words we must consider their entirety. For it isn’t the mountain, or the empire, that fulfils this prophecy but rather its king.

King George VI, the ruler of the United Kingdom and the Dominions of the British Commonwealth, only lived four short years after the rebirth of Israel. After his death he was succeeded by his elder daughter, Elizabeth, which to date continues to reign as Queen of England. Thus George VI was England’s last king whose death was only four short years after Israel which “was, is not, and yet is” was born again as a sovereign nation in 1948.

But it really is all about The Eighth…

Revelation 17:11 – And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

Once more, Revelation chapters 13-18 is about the rise of the eighth and final empire in the last days that goes into destruction. There the seven headed beast is meant to represent the rise of a particular and final kingdom that is spiritually connected to Israel. Hence we see the other’s and are here told “the eighth… [which] is of the seven, and goes into perdition.” All this prophetic imagery surrounding the seven headed beast is intended to represent those various key biblical players which need to be identified if one is to gain a correct understanding of John’s vision.

One such important example that reveals the necessity of paying attention to every detail as essential for gaining a proper understanding is demonstrated by the obvious distinction seen when this last eighth empire, represented as the seven headed beast rises out of the sea, it is alone in Chapter 13. Yet later in Chapter 17 the beast is seen again by John with the woman now sitting upon it.

We cannot dismiss that “the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goes into perdition.” Now, because of that phrase “is of the seven,” it must be concluded that “the eighth” is either a direct extension or descent from the seventh, or the eighth is a mixture of each of the seven empires, sort of an end time conglomeration of all those multitudes, languages, nations and tongues; a nation existing as a cultural melting pot being a land of international immigrants. Either way, IMHO, America alone can comfortably wear this prophetic Cinderella slipper.

History further reveals that it was mostly because of England that America even sought to get involved in World War II. Plus, it was World War II that accomplished three undeniable facts.

1. WWII brought about a sudden decline of the British Empire
2. Helped finish paving the way for the rebirth of Israel
3. Through its introduction and use of nuclear weapons, America was able to rise to its previous position of global supremacy in both military and economic might.

But as the prophecy says, “If any man have an ear, let him hear. He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.” And thus God will execute His judgment upon this prophetic eighth and final empire.

Revelation 17:16 – And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. 17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

Why fire? Because with whatever weapon (i.e., sword) of war you use to kill unjustly with, so shall you be killed. For it was President Truman who gave the order to introduce humanity to nuclear weapons when it fell as fire from heaven upon Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Revelation 13:11 – And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb [meaning he appears to be for peace, but] and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him [the first beast in verse 1 is the eighth empire, this one defined as the leader thereof, and note, is never called a “king”], and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast…

And what was the world’s response to this new devastating weapon of fiery warfare?

Revelation 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

Speaking of “forty and two months,” another interesting fact is how President Franklin D. Roosevelt suddenly died nearly three and a half years after making this famous speech about “A day that will live forever in infamy…” and therefore he did “not see when good cometh” at the conclusion of the war.

Jeremiah 17:5 – Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. 6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.

I say nearly three and a half years because if we use the Julian calendar, it was only 3 years, 4 months, and 4 days excluding the end date. However, scripture reveals God calculates time differently, using both the solar and the lunar cycles. One solar cycle was an approximate biblical year which was adjusted periodically with an extra month approximately seven times during nineteen solar cycles. The biblical months varied between 29-30 days based upon the lunar cycle which fluctuates and therefore the months average out to approximately 29.5 days. Since it was a total of 1,221 days’ duration from President Roosevelt’s speech to his death we can simply divide that time and see it was a duration of 41.39 biblical months, or 42 months. Perhaps even more interesting is the timing of President Roosevelt’s death which actually occurred on the New Moon of April 12, 1945.

Some may protest because of Roosevelt’s “so help us God” speech, but when truly examined it becomes evident he self-righteously had “trusted in man, and made flesh his arm, and [his] whose heart [had] departed from the LORD.”

An excerpt from President Roosevelt’s speech after the Pearl Harbor attack:

“Yesterday, December 7, 1941, a date which will live in infamy, the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan . . . As Commander in Chief of the army and navy I have directed that all measures be taken for our defense. Always will we remember the character of the onslaught against us. No matter how long it may take us to overcome this premeditated invasion, the American people in their righteous might will win through to absolute victory… With confidence in our armed forces-with the unbounding determination of our people, we will gain the inevitable triumph – so help us God…”

President Roosevelt’s confidence that “the American people in their righteous might” will surely “win through to absolute victory” due to the “armed forces-with the unbounding determination of our people,” I am compelled to ask, is this or is it not a boast in the strength of the flesh?

Some may still wish to object and demand the direction of my attention to President Roosevelt’s inclusion of “so help us God…” But I must simply point out that nowhere did he express his confidence to be in either God’s righteousness or His might, as if they were the foundation and strength whereby the American people through their unwavering faith in God would surely overcome their enemies. No, this short inclusion of “so help us God,” has actually been the last four words attached to many threats of revenge by proud and indignant people.

Perhaps those who are more patriotic and loyal to their country than they are concerned about the kingdom of God or their personal godliness, to such President Roosevelt’s speech may well have sounded sufficiently religious enough by his employing such phrases as “righteous might” and “so help us God.” But in truth, an honest critique exposes the usage of these phrases for what it was, the white-washing declaration for the successful implementation of a strategic agenda that was designed to rally the citizenry of America to not only support a foreign war effort, but to create a patriotic willingness among them to send their fathers, husbands and sons into it as well. Can anyone out there say 9/11? Hello???

So again, just what does the word of God say about those who boast in the strength of their flesh?

Jeremiah 17:5 – Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. 6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.

No, it cannot be denied that President Franklin D. Roosevelt died suddenly nearly three and a half years after making his famous speech and that he did “not see when good cometh” with the conclusion of the war.

No time to be patriotic, it’s time to perfect holiness in the fear of God. Because all the nations are but a drop in the bucket, mere dust laying upon the balances. It’s time to think of eternity.

Isaiah 40:15 – Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing.

Job 12:23 – He makes nations great, and destroys them; He enlarges nations, and guides them. 24 He takes away the understanding of the chiefs of the people of the earth, And makes them wander in a pathless wilderness. 25 They grope in the dark without light, And He makes them stagger like a drunken man.

Jeremiah 18:7 – The instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it, 8 “if that nation against whom I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I thought to bring upon it. 9 “And the instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it, 10 “if it does evil in My sight so that it does not obey My voice, then I will relent concerning the good with which I said I would benefit it.

I keep sharing all this over and over again with whoever will have ears to hear. For I am fully persuaded that the United States of America is that prophetic “eighth” which is about to “go into perdition” soon… real soon. For this reason, I have obeyed God and have “Come out of her My people… ” I have moved to Costa Rica and am encouraging others to not procrastinate or conveniently reason away why they too shouldn’t flee the wrath about to come.

I am sounding the alarm the best I can… can you hear me?

Wake up!

     It’s time to live for the King!

           It’ll make it easier to die for Him…
